Where is the power inverter on my 2004 Fleetwood Prowler Fifth Wheel?

by Anonymous

I have a 2004 Fleetwood Prowler fifth wheel. I need to know where the inverter is located. It is model 285rls.

ANSWER: Greetings thanks for submitting your question on our Ask An RV Question Page.

Your Prowler may not have a 12 volt to 120 volt inverter. In most cases a power inverter is not standard equipment on 5th wheels. Hopefully you have all of the original documentation for your trailer. In that documentation you should find a separate owner's manual for the inverter that may have been installed on your Fifth Wheel.

Power inverters come in all shapes and sizes. Some simply plug into a cigarette lighter outlet and others are hard wired to the house batteries of your RV.

For more information on inverters please read the answers I gave to the questions below:

Hopefully this information has been helpful to you.
