How To Sanitize RV Fresh Water Holding Tank

I have read about adding bleach to the fresh water tank to sanitize it and (hopefully) get rid of bad odors. I have a 2003 Coachman Mirada and do not know how to get the bleach into the fresh water tank. Can you explain how to I would go about doing this?

My holding tank fresh water fill is below the cargo storage doors. You can't pour anything lower than the water tank. 2010 Coachman mirada. Want's the answer.

I still do not see how to get the bleach mixture into the freshwater tank of my motorhome since it does not have an outside fill cap with a door that locks such as the one in your video. Mine is drawn into a valve underneath a cargo door on the side along with the white city water hook up. How would I get the bleach mixture to siphon into the main water tank.

What is he using to fill the water tank with the bleach mixture? It looks like a funnel but his hand is in the way and you can't see how it fits into the tank inlet.
