Please read the Article Submission Guidelines For Everything-About-RVing.com.  Then fill out the Article Submission Form below.  Once you complete the form you will receive an e-mail giving you further instructions.

IMPORTANT! ALL INFORMATION MUST BE TYPED DIRECTLY INTO THIS FORM!!  DO NOT CUT AND PASTE INFORMATION INTO THIS FORM.  EVEN THOUGH IT APPEARS THAT THE FORM TAKES PASTED INFORMATION, WE WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY PASTED INFORMATION AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Article Submission Guidelines For Everything-About-RVing.com

Everything-About-RVing.com is about RVing, RV Travel, Camping, Outdoor Sports and the RV Lifestyle.  If you have written an article about any of these topics, we encourage you to submit your article/articles for publication on our website.

The articles you submit should be informative and on topic, in other words the whole article should not be about your product or website.  There should be no self-serving links in the main body of the article.  However, in the About The Author Section you will be allowed up to 3 links to promote your website, blog, e-book etc.

We will not accept links or articles that promote or link to sites that include pornography/adult material, hate or violence-oriented, suggest racial intolerance, advocate against any individual or group, have insulting, obscene, degrading tone, or contain profanity.

Even if you are not a website owner, we encourage you to contribute articles to Everything-About-RVing.com.  If you are an experienced RVer or Camper, your knowledge can help new RVers and Campers.  You can use the About The Author section to tell the readers about yourself and your experiences.
 

We do not charge you for posting an article on Everything-About-RVing.com, nor do we pay you for using your article.

You benefit because the About The Author section of your articles have links back to your site or product.  You now have a new audience to view your website or product and all you did was share your RVing or Camping knowledge with other prospective or current RVers.

We both benefit from the mutual links, which multiplies both our audiences. Please link from your site directly to your articles on http://www.everything-about-rving.com/.

Some articles will also be selected to appear in our e-newspaper “The Everything About RVing Gazette”, giving you even more exposure.

We are happy to promote you, your website, your company, your book or product, because you are providing us with quality content for our visitors.

The articles you submit must be your original work, and you must hold the rights to authorize publication of the article. You may submit an article that has been previously published in print or online. By submitting your articles, you grant Everything-About-RVing.com the right to publish the works on Everything-About-RVing.com as well as include them in our e-newspaper “The Everything About RVing Gazette”. You retain the copyright on your work.

Articles should be at least 400 words in length and should not exceed 4000 words in length.  The articles must be in MS Word .doc or plain text format, NO HTML.

The articles must use proper English, spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization and sentence structure.  Everything-About-RVing.com may make minor edits to your articles (e.g., spelling, grammar and style issues) and we may have to make some slight changes to the title of the article to make it easier for search engines to find it.  Remember always include your main topic in article title.

The articles you submit should be formatted as follows:

Author’s Name:  This is where you put your name; first and last name is required.

Article Title: Remember always include your main topic in article title. Maximum of 100 characters, NO HTML

Keywords:  This is optional; keywords help search engines find the articles when they are on the internet.  You can use up to 5 keywords per article.  Remember the first keyword you choose must be included as one of the first 3 words in the title of your article.  Please do not use company names as keywords.  If this is confusing to you, just skip this step, submit your article and we will choose the keywords for you.  This may require that we modify the title of your article.

Article Summary:  This is where you give a teaser or hint about what your article is about.  The summary should be a maximum of 200 words, no links or HTML.

Article Body:  This is where you share your knowledge of RVing, camping, the outdoors etc.  Remember, make the article interesting, and do not use long paragraphs (on-line readers stop reading articles when they see long paragraphs).

Keep the article on topic. If there are several topics you want to share, make each topic a separate article. This is not where you push your products, your website, etc.  No links or HTML.  You will have plenty of opportunity to promote your product, service or website in the About The Author section of your article.

The articles should be a minimum of 400 words and a maximum of 4000 words.

About The Author:  This is where you tell the readers, about yourself, your product, your website, your blog, etc.  You are allowed to include up to three links for your website, etc.  Please do not include affiliate links.  All links should be in the following format “http://www.yourwebsitename.com”.  Again no HTML allowed.

Complete the Article Submission Form at the top of this page.  The submission instructions will be e-mailed to you shortly after you submit the form.

Remember: Your article must be in plain text or MS Word .doc format.  The article must be formatted as outlined above.

Within 7 days of your submission, you will be notified via e-mail of the status of the article.  If the article does not meet the Article Submission Guidelines, you could be asked to correct and resubmit the article.

We reserve the right to refuse any article that does not meet our guidelines

You are free to submit as many articles as you want.
