The LED Brake Light Strip on My Windsport 34T Motorhome is Not Working.

The brake lights on our 2012 Thor Windsport 34T are working but the stop light bar is not.
My husband checked the fuses and all seem to be OK. The lights are LED so he doesn't think they are burned out - the motorhome is brand new.
What can we do?

ANSWER: Hi Dee thanks for submitting your question on our Ask An RV Question Page.
It sounds like your husband has checked everything he should; and yes it is very rare that LED Lights
The problem could be a bad light unit, bad wiring, etc. But since you say that your Motorhome is brand new; the problem should be fixed for free under your RV' Warranty.
Since it is covered under warranty, I would advise your husband not to start digging into the wiring system of the RV any further as he could very well void the warranty by attempting unauthorized repairs.
