Marshmallow Fruit Kabobs

Seves 6

Easy to make and lots of fun. When the fruit kabobs are cooling, drizzle them with your favorite syrup, or toppings.

Also try other fruits, peaches, apricots, strawberries, etc.

Ingredients:

18 each: large marshmallows, large seedless grapes, pineapple chunks, maraschino cherries

2-3 medium bananas

6 wooden kabob sticks

Directions:

Here are Some Great Grill and BBQ Accessories

1. Soak wooden kabob sticks in water for about 20 minutes to prevent from burning.

2. Preheat grill to medium.

3. Cut bananas into 1 inch chucks.

4. Put fruit pieces on the wooden stick in the center of each fruit, alternating with the marshmallows, so you have three each of all fruits.

5. Place on grill. Cook 1 to 2 minutes per side, until marshmallows are golden brown.
Remove. Let cool. Enjoy.

How about drizzling chocolate syrup over after the grilling?

This sounds like a yummy dessert. I'm going to try this one.
