Stir Fry Pork

Stir-Fry Pork

Serves 4

Ingredients:


3 cups rice, cooked
1 pound thinly sliced lean pork
1 green and red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 inch piece fresh ginger root, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon cooking rice wine
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt



Directions:

1. In a large skillet heat oil to medium-high heat. Add ginger to hot oil cook 1-2 minutes.

2. Add pork, soy sauce and sugar. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Stir in the rice wine, sesame oil and green onions. Simmer until the pork is tender.

4. Heat rice and place on a serving dish. Top with stir-fry.
