We Have No Hot Water In Our 5th Wheel Trailer

by Karen Burton
(Poconos, PA, USA)

I have a 1994 Terry Fifth Wheel, which we just purchased. We have no hot water at all. Is there something we can do or is something wrong?

ANSWER: Greetings Karen thanks for submitting your question on our Ask An RV Question Page.

I am afraid that you have not given me enough information on your problem for me to even make an educated guess as to what is going on with your RV Hot Water Heater.

It could be something as simple as the water heater being bypassed because it was winterized or it could be a bad water heater.

Since you just bought this 5th Wheel, your best bet is to contact the dealer or private party you bought it from to find out if they have had similar problems or if they bypassed the water heater for winterization or to walk you through the proper procedure to turn on the water heater.
