The Toyota Dolphin Mini-Motorhomes were manufactured by National RV Holdings Inc out of Perris California which went out of business in December of 2007. Here is a copy of the Brochure For The 1985 Dolphin Model 500 Mini-Motorhome.
National RV built mini-motorhomes based on a Toyota Truck Chassis from 1979 until 1990. National RV then moved on to manufacturing larger motorhomes until their demise in 2007.

From the early 1970s to the mid 1990s there were a lot of RV manufacturers that were building Toyota Mini-Motorhomes. In fact Winnebago also made Toyota Mini-Motorhomes.
