RVer Gifts 2017 gives you some great suggestions for gifts for the RVer in your life
Are you looking for the perfect gift for the RVer in your life? Well I am here to help you out. Take a look at some of my suggestions below.
My personal recommendation for a portable grill is the Weber Q Portable Grill Series (pictured above). I personally use a Weber Q and I am very impressed by its very sturdy construction. It does a great job of Grilling camping food favorites, such as Steaks, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and it even does a great job of grilling vegetables.
Now that you have a grill you will need a set of Grilling Utensils. You can spend less than $20.00 on a good set of BBQ Grilling Utensils. Now if you want to go all out for that "Special RVer" in your life you can spend up to $250.00 on the Zehui Grilling BBQ Utensils with Storage Case Set of 6 PCS Stainless Steel Barbecue Tool Set, which comes in a wooden case and all of the utensils have Rosewood handles.
My personal choice is T-Bone Grills 19 Piece Classic Grill Tool Set with Carrying Case (pictured above) which runs around $20.00 and comes with everything the RVing grilling enthusiast needs.
The memberships below are not only a great gift for RVers, but they are gifts that keep paying the RVer back with all kinds benefits such as reduced camping fees and discounts on accessories and services. Nothing better than giving a gift that keeps on giving.
Passport America: Get 50% off of campsites, Passport America invented the 50% Discount Camping Club in 1992 and has continued to improve on that great concept. Over 1900 campgrounds across the US, Canada, and Mexico are currently participating in the Passport America Program, with new parks joining daily.
The Good Sam Club: The Good Sam Club provides the following benefits to its members:
A Kindle E-reader is a great gift for the bookworm RVer in your life. Unlike normal books the Kindle E-reader takes up very little space in the RV, but the The Kindle eBooks Library has well over 4 Million books available for download and some of the books are even free.
Currently there are 4 Kindle E-readers available ranging in price from as little as $79.99 for the All-New Kindle E-reader to a high of $289.99 for the Kindle Oasis E-reader. My pick is the Kindle Paperwhite E-reader (pictured above) which sells for $119.99.
For the little RVers in your life there is also a Kindle for Kids Bundle which includes the latest Kindle without sponsored screensavers, a free cover, plus a 2-year worry-free guarantee. The kid bundle allows you to set reading goals and track progress with Kindle FreeTime. The Kid Bundle runs just $99.99.
There's nothing more special than adding some RVing Ornaments to your holiday tree whether it be in your RV or the one in your stick home. Just a little warning here, you can get quite a few of these ornaments for less than $5.00 each, but don't be surprised to find some of these ornaments going for as much as $20.00.
My personal favorite is the Motor Home with a Couple Inside Ornament (pictured above) which can be personalized with the RVer's name.
A Wireless Weather Station makes a great gift for the RVer in your life. Slap one of these on one of the walls of your RV and you will know exactly what weather to expect when you go outside to experience Mother Nature.
A wireless weather station uses a remote sensor that you mount on the outside of your RV. The basic weather stations such as the La Crosse Technology WS-9160U-IT (pictured above) which sells for $25.00 gives you both the inside and outside temperature as well as the time.
For about $25.00 more you can get the La Crosse Technology 308-1414B Wireless Atomic Digital Color Forecast Station with Alerts (pictured above). The 308-1414B Wireless Weather Station has a Full color LCD with weather icons: sunny, partly sunny, cloudy, rainy, stormy, snowy and a atomic self-setting clock which gives you an accurate time & date with automatic daylight saving time resets. It also monitors indoor & wireless outdoor temperature & humidity with recorded min/max values. You can also set indoor and outdoor temperature alerts.
OK so I don't get yelled at, I did not forget about the Furry RVers. A good gift for a furry RVer is a selection of Holiday Dog Treats like the Miles Kimball Christmas Dog Treats (pictured above) which costs just $13.99 and includes around 50 treats. Other Holiday treat collections are available from a low of $7.00 to a high of above $20.00.
If you want to help your Furry RVer stay warm during these cold winter days an nights you can buy them a heated pet bed, like the Lectro-Soft Igloo Style Heated Dog Bed (pictured above) that costs around $56.00. There are other pet beds available that can cost well over $100.00
OK you have looked at all of our recommendations for gifts for the RVer in your life and you still can't find a gift. This may be the time for you to make the decision give them a gift card. A Gift Card allows your special RVer to choose the perfect gift for themselves.
There are two gift cards we recommend:
Amazon Gift Cards: Amazon carries a lot of RVing items, but they also carry a lot of other items that would make a great gift for an RVer, such as outdoor clothing, bicycles, fishing gear, etc.
Camping World Gift Card: Camping World just like its name implies carries a lot of camping and RVing supplies. They carry some RVing items that are not available at Amazon.
In the past we have polled our readers about their favorite RVing Accessories, Games, Kitchen Accessories, etc. Take a look at the links below:
We hope that this information has been helpful to you.
