Gwen Kaminski Lawyer: Wine!!!!!!!!!

If my kitchen Ninja ever quit working I would power search for another one even if it were a used one.

I can cook bacon without an oil splatter on the counter.

I have even made pancakes in her.

Power Air-Fryer Elite Oven
by: Anonymous

>
Power Air Fryer Oven Plus- 7 in 1

Well, I had a few separate components, set-it and forget it rotisserie, Air-Fryer, dehydrator and saw this awesome infomercial about a couple weeks ago for the Power Air Fryer Oven Plus- 7 in 1
and decided to get it.

Not only does it cook quickly it does a variety of different ways to cook. So far I have made cheese stick snacks (12 minutes), shrimp, beef and sausage shishkabobs (rotisserie 15 minutes) and rotisserie sausage.

There is so much more it says it could do but I have only had it for 2 days.it has a small footprint and fits on our countertop perfectly. I not only have been able to eliminate 3 items and have 1 kitchen appliance, it also lessened the amount of weight and storage space I was using and hauling around.

Editors Note: Take a look at the video below to learn more about the Power Air Fryer Oven Plus- 7 in 1

It's a Toss Up
by: Teri Spencer

Nuwave Convection Oven

It's a Toss up between my crock pot and my Nuwave tabletop convection oven.

Crock pots are a wonderful solution when you want to spend the day hiking and biking. It's also handy when you may have had one too many adult beverages the night before (said no one ever). On the other hand, the Nuwave is such a versatile kitchen tool! I use it at least twice a week at home. I haven't found anything I can't cook in it.

We did Thanksgiving in the woods with 3 other families a few years ago and we used both and had the most delicious and moist dishes.

If pressed to choose one, I would have to choose the Nuwave

Instant Pot

Our niece turned us on to the Instant Pot! Amazing! Slow, pressure, sauté, rice, yogurt... use it all the time. Super for soups , quick braise (reallly quick), stews and casserole, we even cooked pork ribs and finished on the grill (not smoked, but super tender!

Editors Note: Take a look at the video below for more information on the Instant Pot.

Portable Ice Maker

Never leave home without my portable ice maker. We bought ours in Target but you can get them several places. A small ice maker really doesn't take up a lot of counter space. I have a small fridge so freezer space is tight. I keep a square plastic container in the freezer for ice. When I empty the ice maker it goes into a zip lock bag to re-freeze before it is emptied into the other container. This keeps it from sticking, I just break it up first.

Great Kitchen Appliance Ever Invented
by: SweetSandals

Instant Pot 7-in-1 Multi-Functional Pressure Cooker

I wish I could get a photo up here, but get an Instant Pot electric pressure cooker. It takes the place of 7 other appliances. In a house or in a camper, it is a whole kitchen in itself. From 1-pot spaghetti to pot roast to even CHEESECAKE, this does it all. 60 years of cooking conventionally changed dramatically when I got this OMG appliance!

Instead of using my propane to heat up our motorhome on those chilly nights, we now carry our electric EdenPure Heater. Works as an end table, small coffee table and an electric heater!

My Fav Kitchen Accessories
by: Maddihoo and Lou

When camping, I like to cook outside on the fire or grill unless weather is not having it! So I say, a cast iron Dutch oven, cast iron skillet and cast iron griddle. But also, being a bit of a diva, my Keurig, a toaster, margarita glass, martini and wine glasses. Enough for us and any who are near or pass by!

We love our 3-in-1 Breakfast Station
by: Anonymous

We would not leave home without our Nostalgia Electrics 3-in-1 Breakfast Station. We bought this for our RV and we love it. It is a Coffee Maker, Electric Toaster Oven and Griddle all in one compact unit. It fits on our RV's counter and saves a lot of space. By the way it is not just for breakfast. The Toaster Oven does small Pizzas and the griddle does great hamburgers and yes, it also does a great breakfast. We give it a 5 out of 5 Stars. We bought ours on Amazon.

Induction hotplate
by: Bob78759

I use an Induction (120v electric) hotplate instead of the RV's butane cooktop. It cooks quickly, but only the food and the pan used for cooking get hot. It uses the camp site's electricity, not the RV's propane, so it saves on fuel costs. It is small and light so it's easy to store and easy to move where convenient to use.

Don't leave home without it
by: Anonymous

One of the things that gets the most use when we are on the road is an electric skillet. We use it to cook outside and plug it in on the outside outlet of the camper. So useful for breakfast but also for the occasional fish frying or even poaching.

I agree
by: Anonymous

We bought a 36' fifth wheel about 6 months ago and we found a toaster oven for the roomier kitchen. I love it as I use the one at home a LOT. Our first trip out my hubby forget that we had to move stuff from the old trailer to our new FW. Anyway when our dinner guests showed up early, we ended up making a steak dinner in the toaster oven & potatoes in the micro. Turned out great - so gotta have that toaster oven!

Cast iron
by: Nadine Clayton

I love all my cast iron, but my favorite piece is the double sided grill/griddle. I use it indoors and out. It fits over the charcoal grill as easily as over the two burners on the stove, so even if I am boondocking, I have a large cooking surface. I also agree that the wine is equally critical in the kitchen!!! Cheers!!
