LEARN HOW TO RUN 2 RV A/Cs ON A 30 AMP CONNECTION

We have 2 Deep Cycle 12 volt batteries which are both good. Lights don't work on 12 volts. Monitor does not work on 12 volt, which includes water pump and water heater. Generator will start from monitor. Refrigerator will light with 12 volt.
Everything works on Electricity and everything works with the Generator running. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this problem?
ANSWER OK, for the first time ever, I am going to stay out of answering this question. I have a sneaky suspicion on what is going on here, but I am going to open up this question to our visitors.
