Anyone know who makes this trailer?

This Orphan RV is a Honey
Does anyone know who makes this trailer? It says Honey but I can't find any specs on it anywhere online. I'd like a manual, or any info on the parts and electrical/gas, etc on it. title reads 1971 Honey.
ANSWER: Hi Audrey, I am not the bearer of good news. What you have is known as an Orphan RV (an RV whose manufacturer is no longer in business).

Your Travel Trailer was manufactured by Bravo RV in Elkhart Indiana. Using the Honey name they manufactured Truck Campers, Trailers, and Motorhomes.
In 1978 they stopped making Truck Campers and in the mid-80s they stopped making Travel Trailers and 5th wheels. They continued to make motorhomes until they went out of business in 1989.
Based on the information above the chances of you finding an actual manual for your model Travel Trailer is slim to none. But do not despair as the
parts and appliances used to make your Travel Trailer are the same from manufacturer to manufacturer. But again due to the age of the Travel Trailer, some of the appliance and parts manufacturers could also have gone out of business.

If you are looking for information on a certain appliance or accessory on the trailer get the name of the manufacturer and model number and do a search on the internet and if they are still in business you should be able to get more information on it.
You may be able to find some more information and specs in the trailer itself. Take a look at the inside of all of your cabinet doors and you may find some stickers from the manufacturer that gives you information on weight, etc.

Your RV is Broken!: Things That Go Bump on the RoadThe good news is that even though you don't have the actual Owner's Manual for your particular RV, there are
books available that can provide you with some important information on your RV. One of them is
Your RV is Broken!: Things That Go Bump on the Road (pictured above).
Sorry that I could not provide you with more information on your Travel Trailer. Hopefully, some of our visitors may be able to give you some more information.
If you have any information on the Honey Travel Trailer (pictured at the top of this page) that you can provide to Audrey. You can add that information to this page by clicking on the "Click Here To Post Comments" link located near the bottom of this page.
