1 spoon of Capers

Filet of fish (white fish works best)

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Take aluminum foil 2 layers works best, slice up some onions, tomatoes, zucchini, lemons and a spoon of capers, a filet of fish, what ever you prefer, white fish works best though.

place on the foil your base of onions slices, zucchini and tomatoes, sprinkle some salt and pepper, place the fish on next, if you have some EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) this is a good place to add it, then your lemon slices and capers to top it off, just a little more salt and pepper and close up the foil, making sure all seams are sealed.

Place into or onto your fire for about 3 min, then flip the pack, for another 3 minutes, take off fire, let rest for a moment, tear the pack open, careful of the steam, and ENJOY.
