Grilled Garlic Corn

Grilled Garlic Corn
Serves 6 – 8
Ingredients
6-8 ears sweet corn with husks, silk removed
3 T olive oil
1/2 cup melted butter
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon each, basil, rosemary, sage, thyme
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Soak corn in cold water for 1 to 2 hours.
2. Mix together olive oil and melted butter in a bowl. Add garlic, rosemary, sage, basil, thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Drain corn and pull back the husks. Pat dry with a paper towel.
