I recently purchased a 32 foot 1987 Winnebago Itasca motorhome. I was told that the two captains chairs in the living area converted to make a single bed.
I have every book that came with the camper and there are no instructions about it at all. I need someone to tell me where I can get the instructions. I just don't see how the chairs can do that.
Editors Note: The chairs that Ruthie is referring to are the two reclining chairs in the living area not the Captain Chairs in the drivers area.
ANSWER: Hi Ruthie thanks for submitting your question on our Ask An RV Question Page
I am afraid that you have stumped me on this one, because I do not believe that the two recliners in your picture above can be converted into a single bed. I do know that sofa in the picture should be able to convert to a bed.
Maybe I am missing something here. Hopefully if those chairs can be converted to a bed one of our visitors can leave a comment on this page to enlighten both of us on how to convert the chairs to a bed.
