How Do I Stop The Wheel Covers On My RV From Falling Off When Going Down The Road?

by August Kurth Jr.
(Casa Grande, AZ)

We have a 2007 Winnebago View... We have lost 4 hub caps so far... Is there any way to secure these? They run approx $100 each.

ANSWER: Greetings August thanks for submitting your question on our Ask An RV Question Page.

Knock on Wood in my almost 40 years of RVing I have not had this happen to me. All of the wheel covers on the RV's I have owned have had a couple of nuts holding them onto the wheels themselves preventing them from falling off.

I am going to open this up to our visitors to see if any of them know of a product or a tip or trick that they use to stop the Wheel Covers (Hubcaps) from falling off of their RVs.

If you have a solution for the problem August is experiencing, you can share your solution with him by Clicking on the "Click Here to Post Comments" link near the bottom of this page.
