Placement for King Size bed support poles on 99 Dutchmen Thor RV?

We have a 99 Dutchman Thor travel trailer. On the king size bed side, there are 4 support poles that hook under the bed to the frame. In the manual, it only reviews 2 of the poles placements and there are only two visible spots for 2 of the shorter poles to connect. Anyone with a similar model know where/how to connect?
