These Florida State Parks are Not for the 30’ or land yachts but most 25’ and under RVs fit well. I’m extremely new to RVing, I have been a tent camper my whole life, but my body can’t handle that anymore. My 16’ foot travel trailer just purchased Dec 2018 will fit in most Florida State Park campsites but may be frowned upon in some RV resorts.
I'm taking advantage of Little Talbot and Anastasia this year but wasn’t able to find a time that worked at Fort Clinch. Anyone reading this who has info on better tactics than Reserve America online to get into these hard-to-get sites, please share.
I wonder if I walk-up to the ranger station, I might be able to get a site they set aside for that very scenario?
Editors Note: Below are some videos that show what to expect when you visit the 3 Florida State Parks mentioned by Timothy.
